Dragon Pearls Black Tea

A unique Camellia sinensis assamica leaf grown in Yunnan, China that is rolled into a pearl and allowed to fully oxidize.  Visible golden tips are bound with full leaves to preserve their integrity and compounds until you steep them.  Use 2 - 3 pearls per cup for an incredibly satisfying dark, reddish brown liquor with a full mouth feel.  The complex flavors of woody vanilla and plum with a slightly sweet after taste are uniquely delightful.   Oxidized, assamica leaf from Yunnan, China
