Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearls

Ingredients: Jasmine Green Tea Steeping Suggestions: 1 teaspoon tea, 8oz water at 175 degrees, Steep for 2-4 minutes Caffeine Content: 20mg per 1 teaspoon of tea The most tender part of the tea plant, the bud and top two leaves, are plucked each spring and hand rolled into tiny pearls.  They are stored until the jasmines bloom, toward the end of summer.  The jasmine flowers are picked before noon and held until they begin to open as the evening cools.  The tea pearls are repeatedly exposed to the fresh flowers where they absorb the floral scent and flavor.  This beautiful and artistic process results in unquestionably one of the finest jasmine teas in the world.
