Sungma Estate 2nd Flush Darjeeling

A classic second flush Darjeeling made from 100% small-leaf Chinese bushes. We love this older style with a dark, copper cup, strong muscatel aroma, and flavors that remind us of grapes, sandalwood, and pineapple. Ingredients Black tea from Darjeeling, India Brewing Instructions Brew 1.5 teaspoons of tea per 8 oz water at 208o. Infuse for 3-5 minutes. Decant. Tea left in water will become bitter.
