Lifetime Warranty Terms & Conditions Coverage: This Lifetime Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product. What’s Included: If your product breaks or becomes unusable due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it at no cost (excluding shipping). Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, chewing, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or cosmetic damage that does not affect function. Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required to make a claim. Non-Transferable: Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. Claim Process: To file a claim, contact our support team with photos and a description of the issue. We reserve the right to approve or deny claims at our discretion.
