You have a selection of 4 teas to use. Giving you a total of approximately 21 cups of detoxing. Alternating one cup a day and two cups a day (one day and night) for a complete 2 full week detox regimen.  Add an 8oz glass of water after tea consumption to optimize results. *Unfortunately, our Lemon Heat product is out of stock.
