Ancient River Rock Tea | Oolong Tea

Available online only in 2oz. quantities.  We're hoping to source a new lot in the future, but there is no guarantee. Tastes like liquid quartz, perfectly polished over eons spent tumbling along the riverbed. The orchid aromatics and austere mineral character hold a brothy glow of savory satisfaction. Harvested and produced April 28, 2023 by Mr. Li Jilin at Da Keng Kou, Wuyi City, Fujian Province. The roasting of this tea was completed on April 3, 2024. It’s a one bud, two leaf pick of the Shui Xian cultivar growing at 800 feet. Ingredients: oolong tea Steeping Instructions 4 grams | 10-12 oz water | 195°F | Steep 4 min.  Number of Cups 2 oz makes 19 cups
