The sweet cinnamon character feels tempered by the blacksmith’s forge, maturing into a sturdy cup of raw elements tamed. Harvested and produced May 5, 2023 by Mr. Li Jilin at Da Keng Kou, Wuyi City, Fujian Province. It finished roasting on May 18, 2024.
