However, the aroma and flavor of the cup you enjoy is greatly influenced by the experience of a master blender. Japanese master blenders know how to consistently and correctly mix the semi-finished tea leaves coming from two or more of Japan’s growing regions to create a specific flavor profile. Our blend is masterfully crafted to reveal a traditional grassy and vegetal character that delivers a smoother and richer version that what we’ve seen in the past.  About Sencha production: Sencha tea is produced in two stages. Japanese farmers grow, pluck, steam, cool, roll, and dry their leaves to create “aracha”.
