BD923 Our Big Digit Thermometer has bright 3-inch-tall numbers on a super large 5.5 X 9.5 in. screen. Powered by a standard wall outlet via a USB A supply, or select the optional rechargeable battery for 3 to 5 days of uninterrupted use without being plugged in. The BD923 features user settable high and low temperature alarms. An alarm causes the instrument to beep and the display to flash on and off. The alarm automatically turns off when the temperature comes back into the normal range. Built into a rugged aluminum housing, the jumbo illuminated red numbers are very bright and can be seen from great distances - easily visible from 50 to 75 feet or more. This thermometer comes with an attached immersion waterproof probe that has a long 18ft cord with a probe tip length of 1 in. Accuracy is +/- 2 Degrees or better. Can be custom calibrated for higher accuracy over a limited range. The BD923 Big Digit Thermometer is the perfect thermometer to measure liquid or air temperatures where visibility from a distance is required. This thermometer has an easy-to-read, bright display, visible from 75 feet or more. With precision accuracy of +/- 2 degrees F or +/-1 degree Celsius, the BD923 is perfect for any monitoring job.
