PT24LC/US Food Penetration Probe  For use with Comark Products only. The PT24LC/US Food Penetration Probe has BioCote Antimicrobial Protection in the probe handle to minimize the risk of cross contamination. It features a Thermocouple Type T  sensor for a faster response time. The PT24LC/US is fitted with a curly coil cord lead. Temperature Range: -100°C to +250°C / -148°F to +482°F Sensor Type: Type T Thermocouple Connector Type: 6-Pin Lumberg The PT24LC/US Food Penetration Probe has BioCote Antimicrobial Protection in the probe handle to minimize the risk of cross contamination.
