WTC-323C The WTC-323C is an all-in-one tool offering Infrared Temperature measurement, Type K temperature probe input, ambient RH, a UV Florescence flashlight to check for hidden protein based dry surface contamination, under-range and over-range temperature alarm, plus it will help detect conditions which foster mold on foods.
