Runescape Cape Hitpoints

March 2023 Update:All my Runescape capes will be getting an improvement!See the Smithing cape as an example of these changes. Thank you! :D========First, congrats on level 99 Hitpoints! You did it! Or maybe this is for someone who did? Either way, 99 is a big deal. Here we have the trimmed cape, with the level 99 message on the front. I have surrounded this pedestal with icons that celebrate the skill. In this case, the circle in the middle is the bandage from the Castle Wars minigame, with player skull right in the middle of it. On the back portion we have Tafani who gives you your cape, and she has the various animations of the emote around her. O
