This flavorful Asian dry rub is excellent on shrimp, scallops, chicken, red meat and fish. Also wonderful when used in stir-fry recipes. Apply it liberally to meat before baking or grilling and let it stand for a few minutes until it turns glaze-like. Suggestion: Use to season salmon & serve with our Green Bamboo Rice!
