To use as a cold pack, place in freezer three hours before use for maximum performance. To use as a hot pack, microwave for up to 3 minutes or boil up to 5 minutes. Polypropylene safety handle keeps hands away from heated pack while removing from microwave and can be used for thorough and efficient hang-drying. Hot/Cold pack is filled with food-safe gel and features double anti-leak protection with a strong inner liner and a tear-proof, outer TriGuard® shell.
