COMING SOON - Manic Panic® Purple Haze® Nail Tats will have you ready for Spooky Season all year long! Choose between Creepy Spider Webs or Witchy Magic or combine them for a bit of spice and everything nice. To apply, first wash your hands and dry thoroughly. Apply a base coat of nail polish, then remove the plastic coating from the precut nail tats and apply the design facedown. Blot with a wet washcloth or sponge. Allow the tat to set for 30 seconds and remove the paper backing. BONUS: Use a clear coat of polish on top to seal in each tat for a longer, fresher look. Pouch includes 12 sets of nail temporary tattoos.
