This isn’t your typical yoga class—it’s a full-body, soul-centered experience designed to elevate your spirit and awaken your divine feminine through movement, plant medicine, and moon magic. We'll begin the evening by mindfully partaking in flower, herbal teas, and infused cookies, creating a calm and connected headspace. As the plant begins to work her magic, we'll move into a slow and sensual yoga flow—open to all levels—that gently guides the body into alignment with lunar energy. After our movement practice, we'll gather for a powerful full moon ceremony, where we’ll release what no longer serves us and set intentions for what we’re ready to call in.
