About This Coffee: Coming from Guji, Ana Sora is a new connection for Tenfold, and in our exploration of Ethiopian coffees we find it to be of exceptional quality. Lots of bergamot, black tea, and berry forward dark chocolate are met with acidity of subtle presence, but high quality. The texture is rich, but soft, leaving a soft impression each sip. The high elevation and lower temperatures at which it’s been produced contribute to the complexity and overall clarity of the cup profile, as the cherries have more time to develop on the plant.  This coffee is best when brewed with a filter, and has excellent potential for iced methods as well.
