About This Coffee: This Garnica comes from a friend of Tenfold, Ernesto Perez, and his sister Givette, from their family farm, Finca Fatima. Ernesto has been the conduit for much of our connection to Veracruz through his work with APG Specialty Coffees, and we’re excited to offer something of his on our menu! This coffee’s first statement is preserved cherry, with baking spice, nutty sweetness, and a nearly ‘airy’ texture to follow. While the flavor is rich, it doesn’t sit heavy on the palate, adding a refined dimension to a profile seemingly tailor made for espresso. Perfect to enjoy with a pastry, or pair with milk, a real crowd-pleaser.
