Holiday Blend

About This Coffee: For Tenfold’s first holiday blend, we wanted to emulate the best of the season. Big baking spice flavors, sweetness and warmth of mulled wine, and a cup profile that would feel best on the coldest of mornings and sleepiest afternoons spent with those close to us.  To achieve this, we landed on a coffee expertly produced with modern techniques. Sebastian Ramirez’ Cinnamon Co-Fermented Caturra from his facility in Quindío (El Placer) brings not only flavors of cinnamon, but nutmeg and allspice, and a rich chocolate undertone. We paired it with a classic washed profile, a regional blend from Nicaragua that has great body, clean acidity, and even more chocolate richness.  What resulted was a coffee that delivered on all of our desires for a comforting holiday classic, and we’re so excited to share it with you in this time of togetherness.
