About This Coffee: This coffee is one that we can’t seem to stay away from. Its profile is quintessential to the terroir of coffees of the Cauca region. High sweetness and medium acidity, citrus, bright fruit notes, caramel, and pronounced floral aromatics.  It’s a great representation of Colombia coffee, and its versatility in standing alone or playing with others in blended offerings make it a stalwart in our lineup.
