Here’s a ringtail Sharps variety I have heard the low land diggers call a Columbia, South Carolina arsenal bullet…..aka Palmetto Sharps. For this bullet variety you will find this bullet to be in very good to excellent dropped condition. The patina is a thick, slick brown colour…very nice. The 3 raised rings can all be seen. Notice the long tie ring groove this bullet variety has. About 0.54 x 1.035 inches. This is a hard bullet to find in dug condition.
