For your consideration one McKee & Mason 409 For rifle or rifle musket bullet. You weill find this bullet to be in excellent dug condition. The patina is a slick black color with some white showing in the rings. Notice the shallow rings & small plug cavity this bullet variety has. Also there appears to be some of the original bullet grease left in the rings. Measures about 0.565 x 1.065 inches. Dug from the Stoney Creek, VA area...just south of Petersburg. Some of the old time bullet collectors call this bullet type a Fayetteville but I have never seen this info in any of the bullet reference books.
