For your consideration one McKee & Mason 505v - Thomas handbook #5 Colt pattern belt pistol bullet. You will find this bullet to be in very good to excellent dug condition. The patina is a splotchy light white color. See 1st photo...this bullet appears to be an *interrupted pour bullet. Measures about 0.325 inches wide. Dug from the Corinth - Shiloh area. *An interrupted pour is where you pour molten lead into a bullet mold & run out of lead before you finish the bullet. Then you come back later & finish the bullet. Where the 1st pour & second pour meet there is a line in the lead & this bullet has that line. This may be why this bullet was discarded.
