Very Tall, Dot Base Enfield Bullet

For your consideration one very tall, dot base (.) Enfield bullet…as you can see the raised dot (.) can be easily seen. This bullet is in very good to excellent dug condition. The patina is a lite white color, smooth & even. A faint nose cap ring & one mold seam can be seen. Measures about 0.52 x 1.19 inches. Thomas lists as a RBRF#4 299 Vicksburg rifle. Compare the dot base mark to item TL4217 here at TennesseeLead. A Vicksburg rifle is a Kentucky long rifle rebored to a 0.54 caliber. A good shooter but they did not hold up well.
