Nº016 - Hinge Pack

Random late night idea turned reality. The basic idea was to make a pack with a hinge-like opening that folded back for access; perhaps something like a cigarette box. The opening is slanted for improved access to contents and the seams are kept minimal for a really clean aesthetic that highlights the pack's geometric silhouette. Sized as a small day pack. 1 of 1. • #10 water repellent duck canvas (14.7oz) • Ergonomic 8oz leather straps w/matte black strap adjusters and mil-spec webbing • Internal pocket/laptop sleeve fits up to a 13" Macbook (floated off the bottom of the bag to avoid the laptop bottoming out) • Padded back • Measures approx 11.5" (base of back panel) x 17.75" (top to bottom of back panel) Fun fact: You can spy the failed first attempt hanging in the background.
