Handmade Garuda Statue For Religious and Meditative Purposes We created this stunning gold Garuda Statue in our studio using a traditional Himalayan carving technique passed down from generation to generation from Nepal. This figure is comprised of copper, which was gilded in genuine 24k gold that provides it with excellent luster. In the statue, the mythical bird-like creature Garuda is depicted standing atop a human figure that represents Garuda's ability to defeat evil. The creature can be seen carrying a curved knife in his right hand and a skullcup in his left hand. The figure is surrounded by fiery motifs that add to the wrathful appearance of Garuda, a symbol of his role as a protector. The statue is beautifully painted with acrylic colors, enhancing its beauty.
