The MA2 has a major flaw, which is the oem picatinny rail on the bottom. It is super flimsy when a bipod is mounted on it. That what this barrel band aims to solve. It creates a very strong mounting point for an M-lock bipod or a picatinny mounted bipod. Bipod is optional, it will COST EXTRA!
