The Victorian Era is known for it”s rich, dark jewel tones and their absolute obsession with ferns! A lady of any reputable standing during this era, had very strict rules set upon them. Fortunately it became socially acceptable for them to take nature walks to collect fern samples and other botanical species. For this class, we will re- create a lush, elongated Victorian centerpiece, incorporating ferns, seasonal berries and other delightful botanical specimens. As with all our Wine & Design classes, we will offer a flight of Local Northwest wines to sip will you snip.
