Handmade Ceramic Mugs -- Colfax

Make up to two mugs in this 90-minute, beginner-friendly class. Using the slab roller and templates to shape one-of-a-kind mugs by hand, participants can customize mugs with sculptural additions and textures, like noses or flowers or a teeny tiny house. This workshop utilizes hand-building techniques. To create mugs using the pottery wheel, please sign up for a 4-week wheel class.  When: Most Fridays, 5:30-7:30pm Terracotta Colfax Pottery made in this workshop can be dip-glazed at no additional cost about three weeks after making. Dip-glazing requires no bookings, just drop in and dip! Mugs can also be pottery-painted with an additional booking of $15.
