SpkrShell Architectural CW1-R In-Ceiling/Wall Enclosure for Sonos Roam

The SpkrShell Architectural Series CW1-R In-Ceiling Enclosure allows you to easily integrate the smallest SONOS® speaker ROAM with a clean professionally installed look. Similar sized wireless streaming powered speakers may also work. Fits in-ceiling and in-wall, our smallest enclosure design with a depth of just over 3 inches means it fits 2x4" standard wall framing with no problem. Basically, these will work anywhere you have space in your ceiling/wall and available electrical wiring. Finish with the grille shape and color of your choice. Thanks to the smart design elements of our enclosures with quick magnetic grilles, simple mounting, and a speaker access fingerhole you can easily transform your speaker from in-wall to on-the-go in just a few moments. This enclosure includes your option of paintable Round or Square grilles in black or white to best match your décor. The unique design provide ventilation for your speaker, allows the speakers voice feature to still function in most installations, and is completely RF permissive for solid Wi-Fi functionality. And since the Roam speaker utilizes low-voltage for power, this enclosure has a high-quality transformer built-in to convert your homes 100-250v power, or optionally your Network PoE power, to clean constant proper 5-Volt power to keep your wireless speaker ready and charged while in our enclosure. Note: that you must select either PoE or AC as your power source, this product is not equipped with both options at the same time.
