Mid-season 90-110 days. A handsome golden-skinned, golden-fleshed potato from Germany. Carola's oblong tubers have a creamy, smooth texture and exceptionally delicious flavor. Irresistible when roasted, grilled, fried and mashed, and they maintain top quality in storage. Large, healthy plants set heavy harvests and exhibit resistance to late blight and scab. Potatoes begin shipping in March and shipping continues until we are sold out. We will prioritize orders for warmer zones to ship first and will avoid shipping to cooler zones until threat of freezing has diminished. Order early for best availability.
