Rubus 'Triple Crown' This self-pollinating, fast-growing thornless blackberry is one of the most popular varieties! Known for its vigor and high productivity, it produces large, glossy, firm black berries that ripen in early August, yielding around 13 pounds per plant. Easily propagated by encouraging the tips of canes to root into the soil, and it thrives with only about 300 chill hours. Reaches 5 to 6 feet tall and wide. Zones 5-9.  Triple Crown plants are 1 year old and ship in September in 3 ½ inch pots. Order early for best availability.
