100% Roussanne. From vines planted in 2003 from Texier old-vine cuttings, facing south on the Brézème slope on limestone marl soils. The farming is certified-organic and harvest is manual. Whole-cluster press with spontaneous fermentation and no sulfur in cement tanks; aging of 6-8 months on fine lees in concrete, no stirring; bottled without fining or filtration and with a very small amount of sulfur. A rich and textured aromatic white.
