Soif du Mal Rouge undergoes carbonic maceration for about 15 days, which enhances its vibrant fruit character while keeping tannins soft and smooth. Expect a burst of juicy red fruit flavors, such as raspberry and cherry, with subtle herbal and earthy notes.
