Valentine's Day Fractions Task Cards

These Valentine's Day fraction task cards will have your students review equivalent fractions (simplifying), convert between mixed numbers and improper fractions, as well as match fractions with their respective decimals. These task cards are perfect for 4th and 5th grades (and re-teaching in 6th). Each task card contains two halves of a broken heart that students must match together. This activity is best if laminated and used for centers. There are 16 task cards for each activity: Equivalent Fractions - Matching equivalent fractions (one in simplest form and another larger equivalent fraction - Greatest Common Factor must also be found) Improper Fractions to Mixed Numbers - Matching improper fractions to mixed numbers Fractions and Decimals - Matching fractions with their decimal equivalent How Can You Use This?
