Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled before the items are shipped by contacting our customer service e-mail: texaspokemart@protonmail.com Cancellation requests MUST be sent within 24 hours of the order being placed to attempt to cancel the order. Rush-Order items are usually shipped within 24 hours so these requests must be sent in as soon as possible after placing the order. If you order contains stocked items with pre-ordered listings, then your order will NOT ship until all items are in stock.  Please note that all order cancellation requests are subject to a non-refundable 20% cancellation fee.
