This dehydrator features 9 plastic trays with BPA-free mesh screens, 15 square feet of drying space, a 48-hour digital timer with 2-time/2-temperature cycles, a clear door for easy viewing of drying progress, an adjustable thermostat range of 95 °F to 165 °F and a 7" fan for excellent air circulation. It's easy to use and comes with a free “Guide to Dehydration” and a free download for “Preserve It Naturally” so you can learn how to dehydrate all types of foods. The 48-hour 2-time/2-temperature digital controller speeds up the drying process. After loading food onto the trays, set the dehydrator to a higher temperature for a specified period, and then set it to a lower temperature for a specified period. The unit will automatically adjust to the second setting after the first setting is complete and turn off when the second setting is complete.
