This delightful muffin is a little bit sweet and a little bit tart. The warm spice of caramom is juxtaposed to the tartness of the dried cranberries. I add some orange zest to the batter and fresh orange juice to the icing. This pairs well with white chocolate lattes or any smooth creamy coffee.
