Automate the dirtiest job in screen printing with the push of a button thanks to Bluewater Labs new inline screen reclaiming system.  The R-2536S automates each step of the screen reclaiming process, allowing printers to clean up to 200 frames in just a single 8-hour shift.  Beginning with a presoak tank or an optional built-in booth with a dip tank, the inline reclaiming system utilizes a conveyor system to move screens through multiple custom cleaning modules. Screens move through a high pressure water rinse, a chemical application and recirculation chamber, a second high-pressure water rinse followed by a flood rinse and finally a high-speed air knife drying module. The unit ends with a standard load-out tray or an optional tray with an inspection booth.   Each step in the reclaiming process is self-contained and Bluewater Lab's chemical circulation system is designed to maximize the effectiveness and life of the Easiway chemicals used by the unit.
