x6 LOBO "Kao Soi Seasoning Mix (Egg Noddle Curry Mix) 50g

Recipe: Egg Noodle Curry 1. Heat a skillet, add 1/2 cup (120 ml.) coconut milk and the contents of this packet. Stir-fry until good flavour comes out. 2. Add 1/2 kg. chicken or beef and cook until well done. 3. Add 2 more cups (480 ml.) coconut milk and 3 cups (720 ml.) water, bring to a boil. Lower the  heat and simmer meat until tender. 4. Serve with cooked egg noodles. Add soy sauce, lime juice and chilli to taste.
