I use only the finest, solid, select pine. The wood board is then sanded to a smooth finish. It is then washed with a high-quality stain and coated with semi-gloss polyurethane. The image is then engraved with an industry leading laser. Next, I paint and then everything is then sealed with a final coat of semi-gloss poly.
