Pink Pineapple Jam: Literally from Pink Pineapples

How do we get our pink pineapple jam so pink you might ask? Well, I'll tell you! In a far away place called Costa Rica there is a variety of pineapples that grow just like any other pineapple. They have pokey aloe-like leaves, they produce a pokey fruit, but then, somewhere in the fruit creating process the plants fill the normally yellow flesh with a whole bunch of pink. What we are left with is pineapples with bright pink flesh! They look amazing, they taste amazing, and most importantly, they turn into amazing jam!
