Rambutan Jam: No Weird Hairs In This Jam

Let's be honest, rambutans are a weird looking fruit. Those little curly hairy things on their outside probably serve a purpose out in the wild, but to me they just serve the purpose of looking weird. Luckily for you (and us too), we don't use the outside of the rambutan in our jam! We use just the delicious insides! With a flavor somewhat like a floral-strawberry-grape, this jam is delectable and would go well anywhere that jam would taste good.
