Raspberry Lemon Curd: My Word!

My word is this a delicious curd! For those of you who don't know, fruit curds are made with fruit, eggs, and sugar. They have to be carefully heated in a pot at just the right temperature to make sure they don't turn into sweet and fruity scrambled egg concoction. However, if you get the temperature down just right you get a taste of pure bliss! Raspberry lemon curd is an amazing addition to your toast, pancakes, ice cream, really to just anywhere where a bit of blissful fruit could be added.
