Soursop Jam: Not Actually Sour

However named the fruit soursop really should have thought of something better. They are not sour. They are sweet. I don't really know what a sop has anything to do with the fruit, but it's probably not a correct description of the fruit either. Anyways, soursops are delicious fruits. They have a nearly custard texture and taste similar to strawberries and citrus. Despite its misleading name, soursop jam is a sweet winner!
