Narrative Unit for Kindergarten Writing
This is a four week narrative unit to help kindergarten writers become confident in their story writing skills with a beginning, middle and end. Kindergarten students will learn how to use map out their ideas, use transitional words, match their picture with their sentence and become independent writers! This unit goes through the book making process slowly by allowing students to complete at their own pace. Students will be met where they are developmentally with 3 different book options. The headers at the top of each writing pages allows students to stay organized and for teachers to know at a glance what they are working on.
