Our ceramics are made in Turkey by our partner Hasan and his team! Hasan is the son of a potter’s son. His skill in the craft is impeccable and his heart for Afghans is what has led us to partnership. Hasan teaches, houses, and cares for several Afghan refugees. Size: 11" width x 1.5" depth Microwave safe Color: Taupe and Black All plates are handmade and vary in shape & size slightly Taupe glaze is sold as is due to the crackling nature of the glaze. This does not affect the integrity of the product. It is only an aesthetic flaw. All sales are final on discounted pieces.
