MSFP 589 Financial Statement Analysis and Small Business Valuation

Students extract information from multiple types of financial statements including note disclosures and use that data to view a business and assess the value generated. In doing so, they quantitatively assess the business strategies and apply sound statistical and analytical techniques. Case studies along with data analytics assignments, questions, critical thinking problems, analysis decision or mini exercises enable students to practice multiple techniques.
