This beautiful French 19th century Empire marble top mahogany dressing table or vanity features an arch design adjustable mirror held by two wood columns accentuated by brass finials on top, intricate bronze details throughout the entire piece, and a single pullout drawer with its original embossed leather writing surface and original inkwells in their compartments. The top rest on four columns with bronze accents, with an open space in the middle and are connected by an H stretcher base. This unique and original 1840s dressing table has its original silk backing and is elegant, sturdy, and ready to be used for years to come.
