A very fine and early 18th century Dutch Delft blue and white pottery vase, urn or jar. Of typical shape with medium and deep blue and white, with an unusual beautiful landscape decoration. Hand painted in shades of cobalt blue with a continuous scene of flowers and lovely leaves, with glazing typical of the period.  A very nice decorative element in any home, this striking vase may be placed  in a room with other colors, in a formal dining in a library or living room side table, or on a kitchen counter.
